SHIPPING INFORMATION

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering (Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the status of your order.

Please note: Luxe Label is NOT responsible for missing packages that are delivered to the address as stated on the order and signed by someone other than the recipient.

We currently offer FREE shipping to Canada and the US with a minimum purchase of $150.
Purchases made to Canada and the US under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10.

CANADIAN ORDERS
The 7% PST will be added to orders shipped within Manitoba. Orders shipped to other provinces in Canada will only be charged the 5% GST.
At Luxe Label we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel as our primary method of shipping within Canada.
Shipping times may vary depending on location. Estimate 2-7 days within Canada.
In Canada a faster courier service option is offered with Xpresspost (estimate1-2 business days) for a flat fee of $15.00.

US ORDERS
Orders shipped to the U.S. will have NO sales tax. At Luxe Label we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 6-12 days. For US Orders, please allow time for customs clearance.
For U.S orders a faster courier service option is offered with Xpresspost (estimate 4-7 business days within the U.S) for a flat fee of $15.00.
When shipping to the U.S.A. additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and excise import fees.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Luxe Label
(including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International orders an option of Canada Xpresspost (estimate 4-8 business days from Canada to International destination) is offered for a flat fee of $55.00. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at customerservice@luxelabel.com for more information regarding International Orders.
When shipping to International destinations additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and excise import fees.

We only ship to Canada, the United States, E.U. (except Baltic countries, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia), Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Israel, U.A.E., Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Luxe Label will only accept return requests within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Returns or Exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges between sizes must be done within 14 days of the reception of the package. Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.
Please refer to the "Return Policy Procedures" when returning an item(s), by indicating on the form provided with your order, the new size you would like instead.
If it is for a completely different item(s), we recommend that you place a new order, and return the item(s) you do not want.

RETURN POLICY PROCEDURES:
1. Email customerservice@luxelabel.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 3 days of receiving your package.
2. Once an RA# has been issued to the customer, send the item back to Luxe Label with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the box.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate "RETURN" on all shipping documents submitted.
3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid either via UPS, Fed Ex or insured USPS or Canada Post Mail.
4. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of Return Authorization number.

Luxe Label will credit the card on which the purchase was made for the returned item(s). Look for our email confirmation in reference to the status of your return.

PLEASE NOTE: Luxe Label has the right to deny a credit, if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements as stated above.
Luxe Label will deny all returns that do not have a valid RA# clearly visible on the package.
