ORDERING & PAYMENT
Shopping is simple and easy. To place an item in your shopping bag, select the "add to cart" button when viewing a product.
Your item will be displayed under the "Shopping Bag" listing on the top right corner of the site. You may continue to browse the site
and adjust items in your cart by using the "Update" button.
When you are ready to checkout, select the "Checkout" button. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will
need to choose "New Customer" to create an account. If you have already registered with us before, simply log-in using your
email address and the password that you created for the account.
Once an order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
In addition you will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been sent.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment only: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
All transactions are processed through our dedicated Secure Sockets Layer Certificate (SSL) via 256-bit encryption.
Please note that the shipping address for the order must match the credit card holders address for verification purposes.
If you need to modify your address information to reflect this, it can be changed in your account settings > Change or view my address.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items.
LuxeLabel.com is unable to guarantee delivery dates given by the manufacturer for preorder items, due to unforeseen delays.
Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
LuxeLabel.com will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. However, if we cannot complete your order LuxeLabel.com will issue a full refund immediately.
OUT OF STOCK
We do our very best to continuously update our inventory. In rare instances, an item may not be in stock when we complete your order.
If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will promptly contact you via email and your credit card will be refunded.
All changes will be reflected on your final receipt.
CANCELING AN ORDER
We try to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. But you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund your credit card for the full amount of the order.
LuxeLabel.com does not offer price adjustments at this time.
All Sale Items are a FINAL SALE. This does not include the use of coupon codes and in-store promotional discounts on regular priced merchandise.
Only one coupon code may be redeemed and applied with each order.
A restocking fee of 50% will be charged on special orders that are returned.
